Forensic Psychology
Forensic psychology focuses on areas of psychological assessment and treatment that are directly related to legal actions or proceedings. Services includes court-ordered psychological assessments, psychosexual assessments, competency/capacity assessments, court-ordered counseling services, or other psychological treatments required by a court of law.

Dr. Hartinger is a member of the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abusers and certified in the State of Washington as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider. She conducts psychosexual evaluations and provides individual sexual deviancy treatment that meets requirements for SSOSA, SSODA, and other sexual deviancy treatment needs. Treatment specifically focuses on sexual offenses, sexually inappropriate behaviors, concerns related to sexually addictive behaviors, and pornography use. We provide these services through court referrals as well as self-referrals.

Please note: We do not conduct forensic psychological services for family courts related to the separation of families. This includes mental health evaluations for divorce proceedings or family reunification services related to divorce/family separation.
